| RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY |
The Board of Directors of S i2i Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Khoo Boo Han as Secretary of the Company with effect from 28 August 2012.
Subsequent to the above change, Ms Joanna Lim Lan Sim shall remain as the Secretary of the Company.
