Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Modi serves as the Chairman of Technology Futurepreneur. He joined the board on August 31, 2009, as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman. Dr. Modi holds a Chemical Engineering degree, an MBA from South California, and a Ph.D. in Financial Management. He has also been honored with a D.Litt in Industrial Management.

Since his early days, Dr. BKM has been a trailblazer, introducing Photocopying to India and consistently challenging conventional wisdom throughout his 30 years of business leadership. He envisions ensuring high levels of personal productivity globally, driven by the mobility of the internet.

Under his leadership, Technology Futurepreneur has formed successful alliances with industry leaders like Xerox, Alcatel, Telstra, and others, pioneering revolutions in various sectors including Office Automation, Internet infrastructure, Wireless Telephony, and Specialty Retailing.

Dr. Modi’s current focus is on fostering Western levels of personal productivity for the youth across an extensive geography spanning from the Ivory Coast to Indonesia. To achieve this goal, he has built a $2 billion organization through strategic acquisitions to the Spice group, including brands like Nexian, CSL, WellcoM, and Media Ring.

Mr. Hasanand Nanani, Executive Director, and Mr. Dilip Modi, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, contribute significantly to the company’s growth. Mr. Dilip Modi, also the Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director, has been instrumental in restructuring the Spice Group’s businesses and establishing its presence in the mobility sector.

Ms. Divya Modi, an Executive Director, has played key roles in real estate development, M&A;, and Corporate Finance within the group. She holds a CFA charter and has degrees in Economics, Business Finance, and Accounting.
